As the Director of Scientific Insights, Andreas analyzes our deep clinical data to extract meaningful insights and deliver advanced technical solutions to customers. He was previously the Director of Clinical Data at Intelligencia AI where he led the organization’s clinical data excellence team, a function consisting of 50+ biomedical MSc and PhD level scientists. He has spent the majority of his career as an academic researcher with multiple publications in the fields of oncology and immuno-oncology. His research has primarily focused on the ways colorectal cancer evades immune surveillance, and identifying novel molecules involved in prostate cancer metastasis. Andreas holds a doctorate and master’s in molecular biology, as well as a bachelor’s in biology from the University of Athens, and an MBA from the ALBA Graduate Business School. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling to far-off lands, watching film noir, reading detective fiction, and building the largest Lego sets he can find.
