In her current role as a senior scientific associate at Intelligencia AI, Andriana curates and manages clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage. She also supports new team members through onboarding, contributes to documentation processes, and collaborates on projects that share industry insights with a wider audience. As a molecular biologist, she is deeply motivated by the idea of using science to improve healthcare and enjoys connecting her scientific background with communication. Previously, she led the molecular department in a diagnostic laboratory, combining technical expertise with team guidance and day-to-day laboratory management. She was responsible for molecular testing, analysis, and ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory. Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on experience in prenatal and preimplantation diagnostic workflows, which strengthened her laboratory practices and collaboration skills. Andriana built her academic knowledge and research skills during her master’s studies and thesis work, where she conducted research on thyroid cancer and studied cell structure and function. These experiences strengthened her research skills and, more importantly, confirmed her passion for science as a tool for discovery and care.
