We are seeking a Business Development Director (Mid–Senior Level) with life sciences
experience and a strong understanding of the clinical R&D landscape to join our global
Business Development team. This is a consultative, value-based sales role focused on
engaging senior stakeholders across pharma and biotech organizations.
You will work with scientific, clinical, portfolio strategy, and business development leaders
to help them solve complex decision-making challenges. The role reports directly to the
Head of Business Development & Sales and collaborates closely with product,
data science, and customer teams.

What you’ll bring to the team

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or
healthcare technology
